For the rest of the month of September I'm going to focus on getting in the habit of running in the morning. I generally get up around 5:00, so time is not the issue, it's the motivation to get out there. I can have a little snack, cup of coffee and be on the road or treadmill by 5:30. I know that my day will be that much more fabulous!!! I can DO IT!!!
Now, GET OUT THERE... You have work to do!!!
