Awesome Run!!!
Just finished my Saturday morning long run of 10 miles. Nothing like the feeling of running in the early morning spring air with all systems in top form!!! Some days are like that. You feel on top of the world, on top of your game, on top of It. Your physical, emotional, and cognitive being are working in unison. Enjoy this feeling. Embrace it. Look in the mirror, give You a big hug and a high five.Now ..... GET OUT THERE!!!! The world is waiting for you!!!
Sounds like a great morning run! Remember that great feeling and draw back on it when you have a rough "one of those days..." The hard days can be a lot easier to get through when you remember to look back at a great day like this one :)
