Today is the last day of January. Gather the strength within yourself to continue this journey. Remember, You are not alone on your quest of a better self. Look in the mirror and have a conversation with You. Congratulate You on accomplishments. Since You can't change what has been done, ask what You can do differently in February. Make a commitment to make that change.
