This year I'm focusing on improving my running and overall health by taking the 2017 Mile Challenge and seeing where the journey takes me. I'm also revisiting the Monthly Challenge started by Nephew Jason in 2009.

2017 miles Day 286

Had an AWESOME weekend!!!  Son and his family came for a visit.  What a great time.  There's nothing like the feeling of a melting heart when playing with, holding, snuggling, ..... a grandson!!!

Have a great Monday.  Today I get to teach 5th grade science.  I'm looking forward to it and sharing amazing stories and learning opportunities.
