2017 miles Day 263
It's a cloudy, drizzly Saturday morning. I'm glad I got my 12 mile long run in yesterday. Perfect temp of 68, and just a little breeze. The run felt good with very short recovery time, no stiffness. I even mowed the lawn. I don't think today would have been as pleasant. So, today will be an easy 2 miles on the treadmill, and the rest of the week will be spent hydrating, and doing some shorter easy runs as I prepare for the Scottsbluff Monument Half-Marathon in a week. I'm confident that I will run a good pace and beat my time from last year.
