2017 miles Day 94
Today is a long-run day for me of 12 miles. It's is kinda chilly out, but the wind isn't blowing. I set my mind to it, I wrote it down, now I will do it! Why? Because I said so, that's why!!!
Now, GET OUT THERE - You have work to do!!!
